Repair & Replace

What’s Covered?

Repairs: If your jewellery has a clear manufacturing fault, we’ll repair it free of charge within two years of purchase.

Replacements: In the rare event that we can’t repair your piece, we’ll replace it with an identical design for a small fee. If your style is no longer available, we’ll work with you to find the closest match.

What’s Not Covered

While our 2-year guarantee ensures your jewellery is crafted to last, there are some exclusions to keep in mind:

🚫 Natural Wear & Tear – Fading, scratches, or plating wear that occurs over time with regular use.

🚫 Accidental Damage – This includes dents, bent rings, or any other damage caused by impact.

🚫 Third-Party Alterations – Repairs or modifications made by anyone other than Oh So Heidi will void the guarantee.

🚫 Misuse or Improper Care – Damage caused by neglect, exposure to harsh chemicals, or improper storage.

🚫 Size & Style Changes – Our guarantee covers the exact size and style you originally purchased. Replacements in a different size or style are not included.

Requesting Warranty Coverage

If you believe your Oh So Heidi jewellery has a manufacturing fault and qualifies under our 2-year guarantee, follow these simple steps to initiate a claim:
