What is OSH jewellery made of?
All of our jewellery is made of high quality stainless steel and goes through a 18k gold PVD coating process which is 10x stronger than standard gold or silver plating, making it waterproof!

OSH jewellery is coated with a strong PVD coating, which means that you can keep wearing it throughout anything you do during your everyday life. The items will not fade or discolor even when exercising, swimming, or showering.

All unworn jewellery can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. All returns must be sent back unused, in original packaging. Have you worn your jewellery and decided it's not for you? Please still reach out! We want our customers to be fully satisfied.

If your order is less than perfect upon arrival, please let us know! You can send a photo and email to our customer service team and we will get back to you asap. Contact us at hello@ohsoheidi.com

How soon will my order ship and can I make changes to my order?
We ship via Royal Mail and all orders are sent within 2-3 business days (does not include Saturday or Sunday). Royal Mail could take up to 72 hours (not including Saturday or Sunday) after the package being dropped off to scan your package.
We're unable to make changes to orders after they're placed. This includes addresses, discount codes or adding/removing products.

Your favourite gentle cleanser and water will do the trick. Fill with warm water, add your cleanser and lightly use a soft toothbrush.
