We ship via Royal Mail and all orders are sent within 2-3 business days (does not include Saturday or Sunday). Royal Mail could take up to 72 hours (not including Saturday or Sunday) after the package being dropped off to scan your package.

We're unable to make changes to orders after they're placed. This includes addresses, discount codes or adding/removing products.

All of our jewellery is made of high quality stainless steel and goes through a 18k gold PVD coating process which is 10x stronger than standard gold or silver plating, making it waterproof!

OSH jewellery is coated with a strong PVD coating, which means that you can keep wearing it throughout anything you do during your everyday life. The items will not fade or discolor even when exercising, swimming, or showering.

Your favourite gentle cleanser and water will do the trick. Fill with warm water, add your cleanser and lightly use a soft toothbrush.
