Is Oh So Heidi jewellery waterproof?
Yes, selected Oh So Heidi pieces are waterproof and designed for everyday wear. They can handle normal water exposure, but we recommend drying them gently afterwards to help keep them looking polished.
Will the jewellery tarnish?
Our jewellery is made to be tarnish-free through normal everyday wear. A little care, soft cleaning and safe storage will help protect the finish for longer.
What is Oh So Heidi jewellery made from?
Our pieces are made from durable stainless steel with a polished gold finish. Stainless steel is a strong everyday jewellery material because it is hard-wearing, easy to care for and made for repeat wear.
Is it suitable for sensitive ears?
Our earrings are designed with comfortable everyday wear in mind and are described as sensitive-ear friendly. If your ears are very sensitive, always check the product details before ordering.
Can I wear my jewellery every day?
Yes. Oh So Heidi jewellery is made for everyday outfits, first jewellery moments, little gifts and soft polished style. Wear it on repeat and store it safely when it is not being worn.
How should I care for my jewellery?

How does the 3 for 2 offer work?
If the offer is live, add three eligible pieces from The Everyday Edit to your bag and the lowest-priced eligible item should be discounted automatically at checkout.
Do I need a discount code for 3 for 2?
No code should be needed if the offer is automatic. Make sure you have added three eligible pieces from The Everyday Edit to your bag.
Can I use another discount code with 3 for 2?
Discount combinations can vary depending on the offer. If another code does not apply at checkout, it may not be valid alongside the 3 for 2 offer.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please email us as soon as possible. If your order has not been packed or dispatched yet, we will do our best to help.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Email us straight away with your order number and the correct address. If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delivery & returns
Getting your order to you.
Everything is packed with care and sent from the UK.
How long will my order take?
Free UK delivery is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Express UK delivery is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and usually arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Where do you ship from?
Oh So Heidi orders are packed and sent from the UK.
Can I return my order?
If you need to return an item, please contact us first so we can guide you through the next steps. Items should be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned for a change of mind if they are unopened, unworn and any hygiene seal remains intact. This does not affect your rights if they are faulty, damaged or not as described.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and help where appropriate.

Our warranty is designed to give you confidence in your everyday pieces.
What does the 5 Year Colour Warranty cover?
Selected Oh So Heidi pieces are covered against colour fading and tarnishing through normal everyday wear. If you believe your item is covered, we will review it fairly.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, lost items, scratches, dents, bent hoops, broken clasps caused by force, chemical damage, poor storage or general wear and tear.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email us with your order number, full name, order email address, item name, a short description of the issue and clear photos. We will review the claim and let you know the next steps.
Do I need proof of purchase?
Yes. You will need proof of purchase so we can confirm where and when the item was bought.
Does the warranty affect my legal rights?
No. The 5 Year Colour Warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace your legal rights if an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Does the jewellery come with a pouch?
Yes, your jewellery comes with an Oh So Heidi jewellery pouch. We recommend storing your piece in the pouch when it is not being worn.
What should I choose as a first jewellery piece?
For a first everyday piece, start with simple hoops, a soft gold necklace or an easy bracelet from The Everyday Edit.
Can I send jewellery straight to someone as a gift?
You can use the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. Please make sure the address is correct before placing your order.
