How does Build Your Hoops work?
Build Your Hoops lets you create your own pair of charm hoops. First, choose your base hoops. Then add the charms you love. Once you’ve picked your pieces, add them to your bag and your saving will show automatically at checkout.
Do I need to buy hoops and charms separately?
Yes, if you’re using Build Your Hoops, you choose your hoops and charms separately. Some products are sold as a complete hoop + charm set, but charm-only products and hoop-only products will clearly say what’s included on the product page.
Can I wear the hoops without charms?
Yes. Our hoops are designed to be worn with or without charms. You can keep them simple for an everyday look, then add charms when you want something more playful.
Can I switch the charms?
Yes. Our removable hoop charms are designed so you can switch your look whenever your mood changes. Wear one charm, mix a few together, or keep your hoops simple.
Will all charms fit all hoops?
Our charms are designed for compatible Oh So Heidi hoop styles. Please check the product details on each charm and hoop page before buying. If a charm or hoop has specific compatibility notes, we’ll include them in the product details.
Does the bundle saving apply automatically?
Yes. Add your hoops and charms to your bag, then your saving will show automatically at checkout.

What are huggie hoops?
Huggie hoops are small hoop earrings designed to sit close to the ear. They’re easy to wear, comfortable for everyday styling and perfect for adding removable charms.
Are charms included with hoop-only products?
No. Hoop-only products include the hoops only unless the product page clearly says charms are included. If you want a ready-made set, look for products labelled Hoop + charm set.
Can I add charms to my hoops later?
Yes. You can start with a simple pair of hoops, then add charms later when you want to change your look.
Are your hoops suitable for everyday wear?
Yes. Our hoops are designed for everyday styling. They’re made to be easy to wear alone or with charms. A little care still helps keep them looking their best, especially around perfumes, sprays, lotions and harsh chemicals.

Do hoops come with charm-only products?
No. Hoops are sold separately with charm-only products. If you need hoops to wear with your charm, choose a compatible Oh So Heidi hoop style.
Are charms sold as singles or pairs?
This depends on the product. Some charms may be sold as a single charm, while others may be sold as a pair. The product page will clearly say this in the What’s included? and Product details sections.
Can I mix charms together?
Yes. You can mix compatible charms to create a hoop stack that feels personal, playful and easy to change.

Yes. Our hoop charms are designed to be removable so you can switch your look.

Can I switch the charms from a set?
Yes, where the charms are removable. You can switch them with other compatible Oh So Heidi charms.

Can I wear my jewellery in the shower?
Our waterproof pieces are designed to handle everyday water exposure, but we recommend drying them gently afterwards. To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to soaps, shampoos, chlorine, bleach and cleaning products.
Can I swim in your jewellery?
We recommend avoiding chlorine, bleach and harsh chemicals. Even with waterproof and tarnish-free jewellery, swimming pools, hot tubs and cleaning products can be harsh on the finish.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Gently wipe after wear, dry after water exposure, avoid perfumes, sprays, lotions, fake tan, chlorine, bleach and cleaning products, store separately when not being worn, and avoid pulling, twisting or forcing clasps and charms.
How should I store my jewellery?
Store your jewellery separately in its pouch, box or a safe jewellery organiser when you’re not wearing it. This helps avoid scratches, tangles and unnecessary wear.

Can I return my order?
Eligible items can be returned in line with our returns policy, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unworn and in their original sealed packaging.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as expected, please email us at hello@ohsoheidi.com. Include your order number, a short explanation and clear photos so we can help.
Can I return personalised or limited items?
Some personalised, limited, sale or final-sale items may have different return rules. Please check the product page and returns policy before ordering.

Selected pieces are covered against colour fading and tarnishing through normal wear.
What is the 5 Year Colour Warranty?
Selected Oh So Heidi pieces are covered by our 5 Year Colour Warranty. This covers eligible jewellery against colour fading and tarnishing through normal wear.
What does the warranty cover?
Our 5 Year Colour Warranty covers colour fading through normal wear, tarnishing through normal wear, and finish issues where the item has been worn and cared for properly.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Our warranty does not cover lost items, missing single earrings, scratches, dents, chips, bent hoops, damaged posts, broken clasps caused by force, damage from pulling, twisting or dropping, chemical damage, poor storage, altered items, second-hand items or general wear and tear that does not affect the colour finish.
How long does the warranty last?
The warranty lasts for 5 years from the date of purchase. You’ll need proof of purchase so we can confirm when the item was bought.
Is every product covered?
Only products marked as covered by the 5 Year Colour Warranty are included. Some items, finishes, accessories, limited pieces, sale items or packaging may have different cover.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email hello@ohsoheidi.com with the subject line 5 Year Colour Warranty Claim. Include your order number, full name, order email address, item name, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the jewellery.
Does the warranty affect my legal rights?
No. Our 5 Year Colour Warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights. It does not replace your legal rights if an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Codes, order changes and bundle savings.
How do I place an order?
Choose the product you want, select any options such as colour or finish, then add it to your bag. When you’re ready, go to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. If you have a valid discount code, enter it at checkout.
Why is my discount not showing?
Check that the code has been entered correctly, the code is still valid, the products in your bag are eligible, and any minimum spend or bundle rules have been met. For Build Your Hoops savings, add your hoops and charms to your bag, then your saving will show automatically at checkout.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change something, email us as quickly as possible at hello@ohsoheidi.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If your order has already been packed or dispatched, you may need to follow the returns process instead.

Sizes, finishes, fastenings and what each term means.
How do I know the size of a product?
Check the Product details section on the product page. Where possible, we include details such as hoop size, charm size, stud size, full drop length, fastening type, material and finish.
What does “full drop” mean?
Full drop means the approximate total length from the top of the hoop to the bottom of the charm when worn together.
What does “finish” mean?
Finish refers to the colour or surface style of the jewellery, such as gold, silver, blush detail or coloured enamel detail.
What does “sold as” mean?
Sold as tells you whether the item is sold as a single piece or a pair. Studs are usually sold as a pair, some charms may be sold as single charms, and hoop sets are usually sold as pairs. Always check the product page before ordering.
