Free UK delivery at £50.
Standard UK delivery is £3.75 below £50 and free on orders of £50 or more, after discounts.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
30 days to decide.
Eligible items can be returned unworn in their original packaging within 30 days. Excludes earrings, personalised or engraved items, gift cards and gift packaging.

Changed your mind? Eligible items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days, unworn and in their original packaging.

Make sure your item is eligible, unworn and in its original packaging, and that you're within the 30-day return window. Earrings are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Pack your eligible piece in its original packaging and follow the return instructions provided by our team. Return postage is payable by you.

This change-of-mind returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Which items can I return?
Eligible items must be unworn and in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Change-of-mind returns exclude earrings for hygiene reasons, personalised or engraved items, gift cards and gift packaging. We cannot accept these returns for purchases made at pop-up events or sample sales.
Who pays return postage?
You pay the postage cost when returning an order for a refund or exchange. Original delivery charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable under our change-of-mind policy.
When will I receive my refund?
We process returns within 7 working days of receiving them. After processing, allow up to a further 6 working days for the funds to reach your account.
What if my order included an offer?
If you return part of an order that included a free item or promotional discount, the value of the offer will be deducted proportionally from your refund or may be billed separately.
What if my piece is faulty or the colour has faded?
Contact hello@ohsoheidi.com with your order number, a clear photo and a description of the issue so we can help.
All Oh So Heidi purchases have lifetime cover for colour fading through normal everyday wear. Approved colour warranty claims receive a like-for-like replacement.
