Colour fading

If the colour finish fades through normal wear sooner than it should, we’ll review it fairly.

If an eligible piece tarnishes through normal wear, it may be covered under the warranty.

Finish issues

If the surface finish changes unexpectedly with proper care, we’ll take a proper look.

What’s not covered

Fair cover, without overpromising.

The warranty protects the colour finish. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, lost items or avoidable wear and tear.

How to claim

Making a warranty claim is simple.

If you think your item is covered, send us the details and we’ll review it fairly.

Send your claim to hello@ohsoheidi.com with the subject line 5 Year Colour Warranty Claim.

Include your details

Add your order number, full name, order email address, item name and a short description of the issue.

Send clear photos

Please include one close-up photo and one full-item photo so we can review it properly.

We’ll review it

If approved, we’ll offer a fair solution such as a replacement, similar alternative or store credit.

Our jewellery is made for everyday wear, but good care helps protect the finish and keep it looking polished.

Pat dry after water exposure to help protect the finish.

Warranty FAQs

How long does the warranty last?

The warranty lasts for 5 years from the date of purchase. You’ll need proof of purchase so we can confirm when the item was bought.

Is every product covered?

Only products marked as covered by the 5 Year Colour Warranty are included. Some items, finishes, accessories, limited pieces, sale items or packaging may have different cover.

Will I need to send the item back?

Sometimes. In many cases, clear photos may be enough. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item so we can inspect it properly. Please don’t send anything back until we’ve confirmed what to do.

What happens if my claim is approved?

Depending on the product and availability, we may offer a replacement, a similar alternative, store credit or another fair solution.

Does this affect my legal rights?

No. Our 5 Year Colour Warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights. It does not replace your legal rights if an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
